The chief executive officer of Youth FM Narendra Divulana Seelanatha has been released on two Rs. one million sureties.
He stands accused of having uploaded nude pictures of his wife into the internet.
Mt. Lavinia chief magistrate Nirosha Fernando has given the order for his release.
The case, filed by the wife of the accused, will be taken up again on July 12.
