Websites banned for Telecom workers

The workers at Sri Lanka Telecom, including headquarters and branches, have been banned to visit news websites during the working hours from June 20th.

Chief Information Officer of Telecom in a written document has directed the required provisions pertaining to the particular order.

The workers complain that due to the particular ban they are facing hardships when collecting information pertaining to their duties.
