Pooja Umashankar's wedding soon

Pooja Umashankar, who has now become an essential part of Sri Lankan cinema, is now preparing for her wedding.

She made her debut through ‘Anjalika’ and also starred in ‘Suwanda Denuna Jeewithe’, ‘Aasai Man Piyambanna’, ‘Kusa Paba’ and several tele dramas.

Pooja got engaged to model and photographer Deepak Shanmuganathan.

Recently, she was seen going through wedding dresses at Wedding Dreams.

Indian actress Pooja Umashankar, who rose to fame in the Sri Lankan cinema through her debut Anjalika, is to be wed in April 2015, reports say.

The couple splashed headlines after the groom, Deepak Shanmughanathan proposed to her recently and she said yes. Sources say that the groom's side is urging the couple to wed soon. Deepak, a model and artist, is a friend of Pooja's before the relationship blossomed into romance.
