Ranjan Hirunika Leaked Calls ( All )

Voice tapes supposedly containing a phone conversation between MP Ranjan Ramanayake and MP Hirunika Premachandra was leaked to social media last few days.

First call is about UNP leadership.

Second clip Despite a couple of obscene words from the supposedly Ranjan's side and a joint insult on the LGBTIQ community, there was not anything hazardous to the United National Party in the conversation. But the conversation takes a drastic measure on revealing what it appeared to be information on Dilith Jayaweera and Waruni Amunugama, heads of Derana Media Network.

Third clip is about president Maithripala Sirisena and Opposition leader Ranil Wickremesinghe's sexual habits.

Hirunika Premachandra yesterday claimed that the leaked second phone recording clip said to be of her and MP Ranjan Ramanayake was maliciously edited and vowed to take legal action against those who published the clips.

Ranjan Files Complaint Against MR

Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake filed a complaint at the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against former president Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Ramanayake told media that he filed the complaint against siphoning of funds received for Tsunami relief. He added that since Rajapaksa was the Prime Minister at the time of the incident, he does not enjoy the immunity accorded to the executive president.

The Deputy Minister also pointed out that UNP MP Kabir Hashim had seeked judicial remedy in 2005. Former Chief Justice Sarath N Silva recently tendered a public apology for the ruling he gave in the ‘Helping Hambantota’ case in 2005, Ramanayake also recalled.

In October 2014, Silva confessed to BBC Sinhala Service that he had delivered a judgment favorable to President Rajapaksa in response to a petition filed by him and the judgment could be dubious. Rajapaksa had filed a fundamental rights petition in the court saying that there was an attempt to arrest and remand him in response to a complaint made by Hashim.

Ramanayake pointed out that it was high time that this case was investigated once again.

The TV series comprises 200 episodes but only 174 sequences have been so far shown to the public. The last episode before it was taken off was shown last Friday (December 19).

Ranjan Ramanayaka plays a female character - Kanchana

Ranjan Ramanayaka has the fashion to make films and acts in any role which stand against the injustice. This talented, famous and handsome actor, Ranjan plays the role of a lady who fights for innocent, underprivileged society in a upcoming film, which has begun shooting recently.

These images of Ranjan in saree will bring you the memories of Kanchana movie, which the Indian actor, Sarath Kumar played his role as the heroin of the plot, originally. We will bring more information about this film in near future.

Ranjan Ramanayaka, the multi-talented artist has shown his skills in acting, film direction, singing and dancing is also a politician in real life. He is the opposition leader of Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council, Sri Lanka. Even before joining the politics, Ranjan was a social activist , who called for a national attention to support Sri Lankan migrant workers suffering in middle east countries and other nations. He has been often critical of political policies and does not shy away from having a voice. So we can hope he does the same in this movie playing a role of a female.
