Solangi becomes Derana Miss Sri Lanka

Solangi Christina was able to win the "Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Earth" title in the Derana Veet Miss Sri Lanka beauty pageant contest organized by TV Derana.

Here the 2012 Miss Earth Tereza Fajksowa crowned Solangi As Miss Sri Lanka.

Solangi won the title after beating 12 finalists in the grand finale of Derana Miss Sri Lanka contest.

Miss Earth's special moments in SL

Tereza Fajksowa, the 2012 Miss Earth and the ambassador cum spokesperson of United Nations environmental program, recently engaged in a tour in Sri Lanka.

She arrived at Sri Lanka on the 29th July to take part in the Miss Earth green walk organized by the Western Province environmental ministry.
