President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday (Oct. 31) visited MP R. Duminda Silva, injured in the Mulleriyawa political gunfight, at the ICU of the Sri Jayewardenepura Hospital.
The president was accompanied by ministers Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Tissa Karaliyadde and additional secretary to the president Gamini Senarath, ‘Hiru FM’ reported.
They had been at the hospital for nearly one hour.
