A 19 year old man has been arrested for living together with an under aged girl at Jayabima , Madampe.
The police investigations confirmed that the mother and the grandmother of the child were aware of their relationship.
The couple has been living in a new house constructed in a land provided by the grandmother.
It
is reported that, even though they have not registered their marriage,
they have signed an agreement in the presence of a lawyer. Legal actions
will be taken against the particular lawyer, says Police.
