Raini Charuka, a daughter of singing couple Rukantha Gunatilake and Chandralekha Perera, suddenly returned to Sri Lanka to attend a wedding.
That particular wedding was that of the younger sister of Raini’s boyfriend.
Raini’s boyfriend, like her, is a resident of the US.
The two had first got to know each other when the boy was a member of Rukantha’s music group, according to reports.
In the beginning, Rukantha and Chandralekha had not much liking for him, but that had changed as the time went on.
Although her cousin got married in a hurry, Raini will tie the knot only next year, according to reports.
