The owner of Biyagama Village Hotel has been found hacked to death at his estate.
A land proprietor and planter, R.B.A. Jayaratne’s body was found at his estate at Kimbulwila in Dompe.
According to information, several men who had come in motorcycles had committed the murder.
They had also threatened employees of the state.
Sixty five-year-old Jayaratne was a father of six.
