Mervin files replies to Chandrika

Minister Mervyn Silva challenged former President Chandrika Bandaranaike to refrain from provoking him by speaking of unnecessary things as he had a ‘ bad mouth’

The Public Relations and Public Affairs Minister held a press conference today ( 01) in response to the strong criticism made by the former Bandaranaike at a function held in Kandy yesterday(28) Mr. Silva said that there are many things he would like to say but if provoked he would be compelled to speak.

However, he will not betray anyone’. Minister Silva pointed out that although the former President had claimed that the parliament is filled with morons thieves, it was she who gave them nominations. He accused the former President of calling them thieves and idiots today, but visited their homes and supped and dined with them in the past.

It is evident from her statements that Chandrika Bandaranaike the LTTE bomb in Town Hall has affected her head, The Minister of Public Relations said.
